The Hold Me Tight® Family Programs are comprehensive educational workshops to connect family members. The goal of these programs is to move relationships from distress toward comfort, understanding, and connection.
The purpose of this training is to outline the structure and rationale for the programs. Principles of Emotionally Focused Family Therapy will be presented to help you anchor your understanding of how Hold Me Tight® / Let Me Go and Hold Me Tight® / Let Me Be Me provide significant help to family relationships.
These Hold Me Tight® Family Workshops are sister programs to Dr. Sue Johnson’s Hold Me Tight Workshop for Couples. We gratefully acknowledge the support by Sue Johnson, Jim Furrow and Gail Palmer in the creation of these Family Programs. Please come and learn!

Two weeks+ advance notice – Full refund less $40 administrative costs
Between 7-13 days notice – One half of the total fee will be refunded
Less than 1 week notice – We are unable to offer a refund when canceled within one week of the workshop date, due to fixed costs and contractual obligations. When you enroll, it is with the understanding that you will attend. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your attendance.
