YOUR TRAINER

Co-Creator of Hold Me Tight® Family Programs
(in conjunction with Dr. Paul Aikin and Dr. Sue Johnson),
Clinical Psychologist, EFT Trainer, &
Co-Director of the Sacramento-Davis EFT Center

Who is this training for? Anyone who is interested in working with families is eligible to learn how and run these enrichment programs to enhance family relationships. You do not have to have previous EFT experience, or even be familiar with EFFT.

The goal of these programs is to move relationships from distress toward comfort, understanding, and connection.

The purpose of this training is to outline the structure and rationale for the programs. Principles of Emotionally Focused Family Therapy will be presented and will help provide the necessary understanding required to conduct these programs and provide significant help to families.

These Hold Me Tight® Family Workshops are sister programs to Dr. Sue Johnson’s Hold Me Tight® Workshop for Couples.  We gratefully acknowledge the support by Sue Johnson, Jim Furrow and Gail Palmer in the creation of these Family Programs.  Please come and learn!
